i don’t think you can condition your shins and knees…..but to strengthen you ankles you can stand on stairs with your heel hanging off and do 30 raises on each leg

1) i feel like its more true for ballerinas i personally don’t know any people who do, but when i hear about them they are usually ballerinas (sorry to all the ballerinas out there who don’t hope you’re not offended!!)
2) I don’t think so…i love dance and i dance a ton but i’m also really serious about school, going to a good college and getting a real job that makes REAL money.
